Couple of days ago I was talking with a friend of mine. Our conversation led us to think about the factors which actuate us to like one person from opposite sex (in some cases of course the same one) more than somebody else. I came up with three bigger categories: we either like the person physically, we find interests and views in life to be similar, or there is a mental connection. To have a relationship 'and they lived happily ever after' all three are needed. But very first to get things started, in my opinion is physical attraction and then we either find more and more similarities with inner-you, which increases the interest towards this person even more or we are very lucky to be touched by the soul... I did not really get to know his opinion, because a new question already had planted itself into his mind. What is the equation for the wishes and wants in your heart to become true? Our chatting is always alive and at times there are luck of words to make all our thoughts understandable, but finally we came on a solution. I do not want to take so much credit for it as he is the 'smart pans' here, but I hope in a way I help him to think about these important questions. Big thinker as he is.
The equation is following: heart + knowledge + (morality) + action - restrictions
Put Morality into the brackets, as it can also be a part of the knowledge. Depends on how knowledge is determined. We were happy to come on that. Yes, we are not the first ones and definitley not the last ones who were suffering from this question, but it feels good to taste fruit of the victory over the big question inside of you. Yes, it is not easy to make these parts of the equation to co-operate. Good start would be to look into your heart to find those wishes and wants :)
Today we talked long, too. I love the way he tries to decipher everything in a logical way. He knows that there are matters in life which just do not make sense in a way, but he is still looking for a reasonable answer. Everything must be exp.bmp)
licable, or not!? I am of the opinion that not, sometimes it is good to believe that things are the way they are. But I love being the one he takes once in a while with him to have a walk on his Questions Path. There are moments we argue, or even get mad a bit. I am younger than he is and that can be one of the explanations why, but I know that in a way I will always be a little stubborn girl with my own opinion. I guess it can be a part of me he likes. He for sure inspires me, surprises me and amazes me. He has so beautiful thoughts. I am so glad I found him. Thank you! :)
